IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes, all payments go through an external, secure Braintree and PayPal service. Our server doesn’t store your payment information at any time.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
No, we only accept orders through our shopping cart platform.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Our privacy policy is outlined in detail under “Privacy” on our website.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Braintree’s external, secure payment platform which is accessed through our shopping cart accepts the following:
- PayPal
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- Mastercard
- Visa
- JCB
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SALES TAXES?
We collect sales taxes in the two states in which we operate. Minnesota and Wyoming.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Yunga Tart offers free ground shipping on all orders to the lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO locations are additive per your choice of USPS or FedEx options.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will refund the cost of the item for returns. Where we have shipped the wrong or a defective item we will cover both the cost of the item(s) and the return shipping cost of our designated shipping service. See our return policy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Generally it will take 3 to 10 business days. That time includes order receipt, processing packaging and delivery via ground within the lower 48 states.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most items may be returned within 15 days for a refund. Returns must meet the following conditions:
–Item(s) must be clean (No cracks, scratches, modifications, etc.)
–Item(s) must be unused
–Items must be in their original packaging
Due to health and hygienic regulations and practices certain items cannot be returned and will not be accepted:
–Toilet Risers
–Sitz (Seatz) Baths
–Urinals
We do not charge a restocking fee but you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). All items we sell include a free basic shipping cost which we have paid. The same applies to exchanges.
Where a refund is preferred it will be issued within 15 days after the returned product has been received, reviewed and approved. Refunds will be via the same original payment channel and method that was used to purchase the item.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
In cases where we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective we will replace those items.
In the case of damaged items, if damage is our fault we will replace those items. Where it is the carriers fault a claim will be filled where applicable.
